This Privacy Policy describes how Classic Sudoku Pro ("the App", "We", "Us", "Our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the App, and explains your choices regarding that information.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means the Google Account you may use to sign in to the App.
App refers to Classic Sudoku Pro.
Country refers to: Rajasthan, India.
Device means any device that can access the App, such as a phone or tablet.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service Provider means any third party that processes data on Our behalf to help operate the App, such as Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Sign-In).
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically from use of the App, such as gameplay events and diagnostic data.
You means the individual using the App.
Classic Sudoku Pro is developed and published by an individual developer, not a registered company. References to "We", "Us", or "Our" throughout this Policy mean that individual developer, contactable at the email address at the end of this document.
If You choose to sign in with Google, We receive Your Google account name, email address, and profile photo. Signing in is optional; the App's core puzzle-solving features work without it.
If You sign in, Your puzzle progress, statistics, and game history (such as difficulty played, completion time, hints used, and mistakes made) are stored in Our database (Google Cloud Firestore), linked to Your account, so Your progress can sync across devices.
We use Firebase Analytics to log gameplay events (for example: puzzle started, puzzle completed, hint used, purchase attempted) along with parameters such as difficulty, score, and time. These events are not linked to Your name or email.
Standard technical data — such as device type, operating system version, and app version — is collected automatically by Firebase and Google AdMob as part of operating the App and serving ads.
The App shows optional rewarded video ads (for example, to unlock hints) using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Google's AdMob data disclosure. Where required by applicable law, You will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
The App offers in-app purchases, processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store Your payment card details — billing is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy and payment terms.
The App does not request access to Your camera, location, contacts, or photo library, and does not collect any of that information.
We do not sell Your personal information, and We do not share it with affiliates or business partners, because none exist for this App. We may disclose information to Our Service Providers (Google, for the services listed above) only as needed to provide the App's functionality, or where required by law.
The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
We retain Your account and gameplay data for as long as Your account is active. If You delete Your account (see below), Your stored gameplay data is deleted from Our database, except where We are required to retain limited records to comply with legal obligations.
You can stop syncing data at any time by signing out. To request deletion of Your account and associated data, email Us at the address below; We will delete Your Firestore record within a reasonable time after verifying the request.
We rely on Google Firebase's security infrastructure to store Your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and believe Your child has provided Us with personal data, please contact Us so We can delete it.
Because We use Google's global infrastructure (Firebase, AdMob), Your data may be processed on servers located outside Your country, including in the United States, under Google's own data protection safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted within the App where practical.
